All masonic Lodges and their members will give to charity as it is one of the principles upon which Freemasonry is founded. The Mozart Lodge has always ensured that widows of its members always receive a Christmas card signed by the Lodge members together with a Christmas gift and if any member or family members are found to be in financial/health difficulty they can be assisted by either the Provincial Charity Fund or Grand Charity.
We regularly donate to the Birmingham based charities of the Warwickshire Masonic Charity Fund, The Edwards Trust who help families and their children with illness and bereavement and St Basils who help young homeless persons. In addition, over the years, we have donated to the following: –
Azad Choudhury Education & Welfare Trust
British Heart Foundation
The Masonic Samaritan Fund (2012 Festival)
The Garage Art Group
League of Friends of John Taylor Hospice
British Epilepsy Association
We are proud to support non masonic charities as well as masonic ones.
If you are interested in becoming a freemason, please send your details.
